Update messages will be brief - usually a few paragraphs followed by instructions for unsubscribing. Frequency will vary depending on the number of developments in each week. On average you can expect an Update once or twice a week.

You will receive a confirmation message by Email. If you do not receive a message, contact us at update-request@obgyn.net. After you receive the confirmation Email message regular Update messages will follow once or twice a week.
